Will Niccolls is WA Youth Soccer’s Referee Program Director. He has been a soccer referee with WA Youth Soccer since 1991 and a basketball referee since 1999. Will currently referees soccer in 6 NCAA Division 1 conferences including the PAC-12. He also frequently referees Sounders FC games, US Open Cup games, NCAA tournament games, WIAA state finals and many more. In 1998, Will was both the WA Youth Soccer and the US Youth Soccer National Young Referee of the Year and was rewarded with an opportunity to referee international games in Costa Rica. Will attended the College of William and Mary and holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He is also a former member of the White House staff. Will’s wife, Kyleen, played volleyball at Boston College and now is an NCAA volleyball referee. In 2008, Kyleen officiated the NCAA Division 1 National Championship game between Stanford and Penn State in Omaha, Nebraska.
